Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
Returns and refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
• Product received is damaged during transit.
• Incorrect product received.
• Product received is defective.
• Package received in a tampered condition.
To be eligible for review, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
• Order number
• Photos/videos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
YUSOMI reserves the right to investigate all claims before approving a replacement or refund.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or purchased incorrectly are not eligible for return or refund.
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
